Iran claimed on Tuesday that a cyber attack interrupted fuel sales and caused long lines at gas stations throughout the Islamic Republic, state media reported.

It noted that it remains on alert against such strikes, which it has blamed on the United States and Western powers in the past, reported Reuters. “Technical experts are fixing the problem and soon the refueling process … will return to normal,” said state broadcaster IRIB.
