I find it sad & problematic for the world to read that a huge number of healthcare professionals, researchers,  scientists,  have left Israel since 2023, and now will be attending the IAC conference in Florida along with others from 30 countries.

They will discuss the worrisome ongoing “brain drain”from Israel, which is known globally for their advances in medicine, AI, and so many more areas where intelligence excells.

Staggering numbers of about 55000 Israelis (many of whom, as per usual, could be Nobel prize winners) have left Israel for the US in the last 3 years.
Yes, I am aware and can appreciate the multiple reasons why Israelis are moving away; chief of which is due to the terrible stress that war creates. Aside from that is the ‘left’ who seem to disagree with the possibility that their views may lead to the demise of Israel .

Their civil protests on majority highways cause disturbances in transportation and in general overload the police and Mossad , etc.  This decreases their resources which have to be involved to safeguard those involved in the demonstrations.

As a matter of fact, many suggest that perhaps the Oct 7 surprise massacre occurred as well as the delayed rescue and opposition were due to Israel’s preoccupation with the opposition reactions to Netanyahu’s government. “Israeli physicians, researchers, medical students, residents, fellows, and other health-care professionals living in the US are all expected to attend the conference in Florida on Jan. 16 to address the issue of Israel’s “growing brain drain,”  Perhaps after this great conference Jewish brains will retun to Israel.
“This conference brings together Israel’s medical and scientific leaders living in north America to confront one of the most urgent challenges facing Israel today – how to sustain its research, health-care, and innovation future by reconnecting with its global talent,” said Nadav Douani, executive director of ScienceAbroad”.
