Colorado’s Jewish community came together over good grub on Sunday, April 15, at the Colorado Jewish Food Festival. More than just bagels, latkes, kugel and knishes (although there were plenty of all of those), the festival was also a mini-symposium on modern gardening and food preservation, with workshops on composting and pickling, among other activities. Here’s a look a the food and folks of the fest, which took place at the Boulder Jewish Community Center.
