A group of 28 Yeshiva University students on a humanitarian relief mission in Vienna brought smiles to the faces of hundreds of Jewish Ukrainian refugees this Purim with dancing, singing, food, games and crafts. The YU students traveled to Vienna from New York on March 13 with 70 duffel bags full of donated Purim costumes, games, kippot, candlesticks, mezzuzot and other Judaica items, to lift spirits and provide a Jewish connection and sense of normalcy for the Ukrainian families who left everything behind.
