The UN Palestine Committee, which is otherwise the “UN Committee on the Excercise of the Inalieable Rights of the Palestinian People” (CEIRPP), which is related to UNISPAL under the UN Division for Palestinian Rights, is a unique case of boxes in boxes within the United Nations system.
All receive funding from UN member states, with the highest sum from the United States.
They hold regular sessions at the UN Security Council and have only one ultimate purpose: the disappearance of the State of Israel.
As in the case of many authoritarian member states, “Palestine’s” supposed Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are really “Governmental Non-Governmental Organizations”, subject to the various controlling groups (GONGO’s), again mainly financed by unaware or, more likely, appeasing democracies.
The UN Palestine Rights Committee has expressed “Deep Concern at Israel’s Designation of Civil Society Bodies” as “Terrorist Organizations,” noted the Centre’s Director for International Relations, Dr. Shimon Samuels.
“In March 2005, the Wiesenthal Centre promoted a “Convention on Suicide Terrorism,” written by then Legal Advisor to the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Alan Baker.
The document presented a chain of terror complicity, including: the preaching, the financing, the arming, the protecting and the glorifying of the so-called “martyr.” This claim can be applied to all forms of terrorism, though suicide bombings were the most horrific.
“Of the six organizations now in question, there are those who are arguably associated with those along the chain.”
“Indeed, the well-respected NGO Monitor noted that ‘the PFLP has often defended these organizations, highlighting its connection to them‘… It has identified leading officials at these NGOs as PFLP members, including those accused of murdering an Israeli civilian in an August 2019 bombing.”
The PFLP is listed as a terrorist organization by, among others, the European Union, The United States and Israel,” concluded Samuels.
