Hadassah Florida Atlantic is presenting, along with StandWithUs/Southeast and the Anti-Defamation League, a forum called “Combat the Rampant Rise of Anti-Semitism – Giving you the Tools” from 1-3:30 p.m. on Oct. 7 at South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road in Delray Beach.
The forum is intended for high school and college students as well as their parents, grandparents and the community. The event’s panel of speakers include: Eric Ross, senior associate regional director of ADL; Sara Gold Rafel, SWU’s Southeast executive director; Florida State Sen. Lori Berman; and Matt Weisbaum, a documentary producer best known for the film “Crossing the Line 2: the New Face of Anti-Semitism on N. American College Campuses.” Rayna Exelbierd, SWU’s Southeast high school director and student representatives from the organization will be speaking with the crowd.
