Israel’s Ministry of Defense is presenting a series of products and platforms at the annual Association of United States Army (AUSA) exhibition and conference in Washington D.C., being held from Oct. 11 to Oct. 13.
In a statement, the ministry announced that its International Defense Cooperation Directorate—known by its Hebrew acronym, SIBAT—“is resuming its participation in the prestigious AUSA defense exhibition following a two-year break taken as a result of the [coronavirus] pandemic. SIBAT will participate in two additional exhibitions this month in the Czech Republic and South Korea.”
Israel’s three largest defense companies—Rafael, Israel Aerospace Industries and Elbit Systems—will also participate in the exhibition.
The Defense Ministry, he added, “is already working with the new U.S. administration to promote technological collaboration with American industries, and we intend to use this exhibition as an opportunity to further advance additional projects.”
