American Israelis rallied on Tuesday on behalf of U.S. President Donald Trump, driving in a convoy from Tel Aviv to the U.S. embassy in Jerusalem.

“More and more people are wakening and seeing who Donald Trump truly is—that he’s for the people and for the Jewish people,” participant Jacob Lieberman, donning a “Trump 2020” hat, told AP. “What he has done for the Jewish people, there are no words, no words to explain. Exceptional president.”

Some two-dozen vehicles joined the drive, organized by the group Republicans Overseas Israel, which estimates that 300,000 U.S. citizens live in Israel.

According to an i24 News poll released earlier this month, 63.3 percent of Israelis prefer Trump to Democratic contender Joe Biden, saying that a second term for the incumbent “will be better for Israel.”
