LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Averett University junior David Cuperman named to the 2017 Jewish Sports Review Men’s Soccer All-America First Team for Division II and III, the publication announced in its January/February issue.

Cuperman, a native of Bogota, Colombia, played in 16 games, accumulating 10 goals on the season — including a hat trick against Greensboro College while earning USA South All-Conference First Team honors. He also finished with three assists to lead the team in points. He also Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) College Division All-State First Team accolades.
