The Palestinian Authority is slated to give a 14% raise to the terrorists responsible for a deadly bombing at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem 20 years ago, in the context of its “pay to slay” stipends, according to Israeli NGO Palestinian Media Watch.

To date, the P.A. has paid 8,022,600 shekels ($2,579,614) to Wael Qassem, Wassim Abbasi, Alla Aldin Abbasi and Muhammed Odeh, according to PMW. After 20 years in prison, the P.A. will increase each terrorist’s basic salary by 14.29% this month, from 7,000 shekels ($2,251) to 8,000 shekels ($2,572). In addition, because the terrorists were Jerusalem residents, they receive an additional 300 shekels ($96) per month.

Four of the other terrorists convicted for their roles in the attack on the university, as well as other attacks, are Muhammad Arman, Walid Anjas, Abdallah Barghouti and Ibrahim Hamed, all of whom also receive a monthly salary from the P.A., according to PMW.
